私が「灯無-honoa-（ほのあ）」でいちばん驚いたのは、“見えない”だけで食事の感じ方が別物になることでした。入り口を通るとその先は本当に暗闇の世界で、目が慣れて何か見える…ということもありません。最初はちょっと緊張するんですが、盲目のスタッフさんがアテンドしてくれて、席までの移動や手元のサポートがとても丁寧。サポートする側／される側が逆転する感覚もあって、自然と背筋が伸びました。 料理は内容非公開の創作和食コース。暗闇だと「何を食べているか当てたい！」となる一方で、形や色の情報がない分、香りや温度、歯触り、口に入れた瞬間の音まで印象に残ります。特に、同じ食材でも“硬さ”や“とろみ”みたいな食感の差が増幅される感じがして、普段いかに視覚に頼って食べているかを実感しました。食べた料理は最後に答え合わせがあるので、推理しながら食べたい人にも楽しいと思います。 「暗闇レストランってデート向き？」という点は、かなり相性が良いです。会話が自然と増えるし、スマホを触れない環境なので“目の前の人と食事に集中できる”のが良かったです。記念日なら、予約時に相談できることもあるので、サプライズを考えている人は早めにDMで確認するのがおすすめ。 注意点もいくつか。まず完全予約制なので、行く日が決まったら早めの確保が安心です（キャンセル規定も要チェック）。服装は香りが強すぎる香水は避けた方が無難。暗闇の中だと匂いの情報が大きくなるので、料理の香りを邪魔しやすいです。荷物は必要最小限が楽で、特に足元が不安な人は歩きやすい靴が安心でした。 「世界一暗いレストラン」や「暗闇カフェ」みたいな体験を大阪で探しているなら、ここはかなり刺さると思います。派手な演出というより、五感に集中して“料理そのもの”を深く味わうタイプ。大阪のディープな場所を開拓したい人にも、印象に残る一夜になるはずです。
