1. GET BACK ON TRACK WITH FITNESS ROUTINE: Before the start of summer I lost 10 lbs through the consistency of a low calorie diet and weightlifting. And over the last 2 months I ate everything I wanted with no stops. Now my plan for the month of August is to get back on track.
2. EDIT AND POST ALL CONTENT FROM SUMMER: I get self conscious when it comes to posting content so I pumped the brakes on a lot of the stuff I wanted to post. Now I’ve decided who cares. If it flops it flops but lowkey…what if it doesn’t?
3. THINK BEFORE I SPEAK: I just want to do better by the people I’m around and be mindful of the things that I say.
4. BUILD MY SAVINGS BACK UP: The month of July BROKE MY POCKETS. So now we’re back to building up my savings and meeting my savings goal by the end of the year.
5. MAINTAIN MY SKINCARE ROUTINE: After Jamaica my skin could not stop breaking out. All the sugar, processed foods, and some stresses caused havoc on my skin. Because of that my skincare was wishy washy but now I’m back on my skincare grind and I have been maintaining my skin cycling.
6. REACH 700 TIKTOK BESTIES: The goal is to get to 700 TikTok besties because your girl finally got into the 600 followers! And of course I’m being realistic but who knows I might end up getting more by the end of the month. 🤭

1. Getting Back on Track with Fitness Routine: After losing weight before summer with a low-calorie diet and weightlifting, resuming this healthy lifestyle requires recommitment. Establishing a consistent workout schedule, meal prepping nutritious foods, and tracking progress using fitness apps can boost motivation. Research indicates that pairing strength training with cardio benefits overall health and weight management.
2. Editing and Posting Summer Content: Overcoming self-consciousness on social media is common. The key is to prioritize authenticity and engagement over perfection. Repurposing summer photos and videos with creative edits can help build an online presence while connecting with followers. Remember, consistency in posting often leads to increased visibility and follower growth.
3. Thinking Before You Speak: Mindfulness in communication not only improves relationships but also fosters emotional intelligence. Taking a pause prior to responding can prevent misunderstandings and enhance social interactions.
4. Building Savings Back Up: Recovering from financial setbacks requires practical budgeting, tracking expenses, and setting realistic savings milestones. Tools like budgeting apps and automatic transfers to savings can keep you accountable. Meeting a savings goal boosts financial security and reduces stress.
5. Maintaining Skincare Routine: Skin issues worsened by travel and diet can be addressed by consistent skin cycling, a method alternating products to optimize skin health. Adequate hydration, avoiding processed sugars, and managing stress contribute significantly to clearer skin. Consulting dermatology resources or professionals can provide personalized care advice.
6. Reaching 700 TikTok Besties: Growing your TikTok followers involves understanding trending content, engaging authentically with your audience, and leveraging hashtags effectively. Setting incremental follower goals encourages sustained content creation and community building.
Incorporating these goal-oriented practices for August can provide a balanced approach toward physical health, financial stability, skincare maintenance, and social media growth. Embrace the process with patience and determination to realize meaningful progress in each area.
