CHOCOLATE PISTACHIO KUNAFA BROWNIE STACK 🍫🥜

🧾 Ingredients (9x9 inch pan)

Brownie layer:

1/2 cup butter (115g)

200g dark chocolate

3/4 cup sugar (150g)

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup flour (65g)

1/4 tsp salt

Kunafa layer:

2 cups shredded kunafa dough

3 tbsp melted butter

Pistachio cream:

1/2 cup pistachio paste (120g)

1/4 cup heavy cream (60ml)

Topping:

Melted dark chocolate

Crushed pistachios

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Melt butter and chocolate together until smooth.

Whisk in sugar, then eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.

Fold in flour and salt. Pour into a lined baking pan.

Bake for 18–22 minutes until set but still fudgy. Let cool.

Toss kunafa strands with melted butter and toast in a pan until golden and crispy.

Mix pistachio paste with heavy cream until smooth and spreadable.

Spread pistachio cream over cooled brownie layer.

Add toasted kunafa layer on top and press lightly.

Drizzle melted chocolate over everything and finish with crushed pistachios.

Chill slightly, then slice into thick squares.✨

Tip: Let it sit 10–15 minutes before cutting so the layers hold but stay gooey inside.
