1/4c oats or almond flour (i like to do half & half)
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp flax seeds
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (@just.ingredients.shop)
2 tbsp nut butter (almond, peanut, hazelnut, sunflower, tahini—use what you love!)
splash of vanilla
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon (optional)
directions:
make the pistachio butter – roast pistachios at 325°F for 8 min, let cool for 10 min, then blend with salt, vanilla, and maple sugar until smooth and creamy.
