SPICY VODKA PASTA + STEAK 🥩🍝🔥
🧾 Ingredients (2 servings)
Pasta:
200g rigatoni
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/4 cup vodka (60ml)
1 cup heavy cream (240ml)
1/2 cup grated parmesan (50g)
Salt & pepper
Steak:
2 steaks (ribeye or sirloin)
Salt & black pepper
1 tbsp oil
Chili butter:
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp chili flakes
To finish:
Fresh basil
Extra parmesan
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Cook pasta
Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente.
Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
2. Make vodka sauce
Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté briefly.
Stir in tomato paste and chili flakes, cook until deepened in color.
Add vodka and let it simmer for 1–2 minutes.
Pour in heavy cream and stir until smooth.
Add parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
Toss pasta in sauce, adding pasta water if needed.
3. Cook steak
Season steak with salt and pepper.
Sear in a hot pan with oil for 3–4 minutes per side.
Rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
4. Make chili butter
Melt butter and stir in chili flakes.
5. Assemble
Plate pasta
Add sliced steak on top
Drizzle chili butter over everything
Finish with basil and parmesan
