A month down!

Oh Hey, I’m still at it. I try making it to the gym EVERYDAY whether that’s before work (but it’s been ❄️af) or after work (way busier, not my preference) but everyday nonetheless. I haven’t missed but 2 days during my daughter’s bday weekend….chile I have a 1 yo🥹 I feel good af though! I’ve been adding some versatility into my routines and building my stamina! I ain’t stopping no time soon!!!
