Searching for a Dosa
🍽️ I love Indian food, but a good dosa can be hard to find -- and if you do find it you'll likely only find one option on the menu. So finding Southern Spices, with 21 dosa options on the menu (!) was great news.
A Dosa is a thin, savoury crepe made from a fermented batter of urab bean and rice, and it can be filled, or not.
😸 I had the onion masala dosa which came with sambar and coconut chutney
😻 We also ordered a Veg Kothu Parotta which is Tamil Nadu Street food consisting of shredded flakey flatbread cooked with vegetables and spices. It was really good!
🐱 And finally, while ordering I panicked and ordered some samosas, which were good but there was so much food we couldn't finish it all.
