My Frozen Shoulder Recovery Diary.🎉
From Not Being Able to Lift My Arm Past My Shoulder to Moving Freely Again|My Frozen Shoulder Recovery Diary.🎉
There are two photos on my phone that I still haven’t been able to delete. ✨
One was from when my frozen shoulder first started, and my right hand could barely lift to chest level. The other was from one month later, when I could raise both hands above my head. 🙏🏻
Only when I put those two photos side by side did I realize how precious those small, easy-to-miss daily changes really were.💖
At first, it was just shoulder soreness. 😔I thought I had simply been using the computer too much lately and that moving it around a little would help. 🤭
Later, when I reached for a hanger up high, I suddenly felt a sharp pain. From then on, it became harder and harder to lift my arm. 😫Even tying up my hair meant lowering my head to make it work.
I rested for a few days first and also got a few massages, but my shoulder still went back and forth between feeling better and feeling worse. 😷
Later, a coworker in the same office shared a few of her Huayilang Patch with me. 💕
She said she usually keeps them on hand when her shoulders and neck feel uncomfortable, and told me not to wait until it hurt badly before doing something about it.💗
The first time I used one was before my lunch break. 💫When I lifted my arm again in the afternoon, that stuck, sore feeling inside my shoulder felt a little lighter. ✨
It wasn’t like the feeling completely disappeared all at once. It was more like going from “I don’t dare move it” to “I can move it slowly,” 🥰and that difference already felt huge to me at the time.‼️
I set three movements for myself to observe: brushing my hair, putting on a jacket, and reaching for things up high. ✅
In the first week, brushing my hair didn’t feel as difficult anymore. 💖
In the second week, I could put on a jacket and reach my arm through normally.🙏🏻 Close to one month later, my right hand could finally lift naturally above my head.😆
There were also some ups and downs during the recovery process. For two days, work was too busy, and my shoulder tightened up again.⭕ I immediately reduced the amount of time I spent using the computer continuously, and I didn’t force myself to stretch just because I was anxious. ✊🏻
After things stabilized again, my range of motion slowly continued to expand little by little.🎉
Now when I look at those two photos again, I believe even more that recovery isn’t a straight line. ☺️
Slowing down a little or having a small setback doesn’t mean all your progress is gone. 🍃
As long as the method is gentle and the pace is steady, your body will slowly give your effort back to you.🤗

This Huayilang patch works incredibly well—it is hands down the best thing I’ve bought on Amazon this year!
