Let’s start with the good. The food was tasty. The variety was not good. Three different chicken dishes were not good. This was my first and last time here. No thanks. 💵 Price: not worth it. Desert was an untasty rice pudding. #yaarindianrestaurantweekendbuffet

Yaar Indian Restaurant offers a weekend lunch buffet priced at $17.95, available on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The restaurant is located at 22-55 31st Street, Astoria, and can be reached at 718-721-0205. Although the dishes may not have been to everyone's taste, it's a spot for those who enjoy Indian cuisine. The buffet features various chicken dishes but perhaps lacks diversity, leading to a mixed experience. The house specialty, chicken curry, has received positive feedback but was overshadowed by the other offerings. For dessert, the rice pudding was a disappointment for some guests. While the initial impression was favorable due to the food's taste, the limited options and price might deter future visits. Overall, this buffet presents both strengths and weaknesses, making it essential for diners to weigh their preferences before visiting.
