Day 28: Almost 1 Month In! 🎉

Wow, what a journey so far! Hitting 10K steps every day has been more challenging than I expected, but persistence is paying off—it’s totally doable with effort and determination. 🏃‍♀️

💪 Down 5 pounds and several inches, and my clothes are fitting so much better! It feels amazing to see the hard work paying off.

📚 Finished 3 books this month (because relaxing is self-care too), started over Peaky Blinders, and let’s just say my love for Tommy Shelby is stronger than ever. 😍

🛏️ Plus, I’ve been sleeping better than I have in years, and that’s made all the difference.

I’ll be posting updates every couple of days now because, let’s face it, daily updates are hard! Just trying to keep things real. ✨ Here’s to finishing out the first month strong!
