I absolutely love Trader Joe’s and they have so many healthy, fun, quick options that I love to eat as a busy college student. The items listed in the slides are usually ingredients I’ll buy to pair with other things for healthier meals I love to make. plain greek yogurt 🥣🫐~ I love to make yogurt bowls or chia seed pudding in the morning or as a snack I’ll usually put toppings like mangoes, blueberries, raspberries, honey, sprinkle of granola, coconut flakes
egg bites🍳🥬~ I usually will just eat these for a quick breakfast with a side of fruit 🍇🍓🍳
rice blend🍚🫑🥕~ This is a great side I would put with grilled chicken or salmon for a meal
Argentinian shrimp🦐~ I love to pan fry this shrimp and eat it with a salad or avocado and rice. I also love putting it with a pasta for extra protein. So good!
