Before my diagnosis, I had no idea why I did these things ⬇️

💔 Intense fear of rejection (avoiding things, replaying every convo, second-guessing everything)

⚡ Poor impulse control

🎯 Hyper-fixating

🚀 Starting new projects with zero follow-through
