I’m not excited to go back to school. This year is my senior year and I honestly am dreading it. Last year was incredibly difficult, I put so much stock in doing well in school that it is connected to how I see myself as worthy.
The pressure feels never ending and I feel like no matter how hard I try it is never good enough . I know there are other people like me who get so wrapped up in school that you often forget yourself and I want you to know you aren’t alone.

I totally get this. You have come so far though and you have one year left! You’ve proven to yourself that you can work hard enough to make it to the finish line, so don’t forget to be forgiving to yourself. I used to assign school to my worth but we are much my extraordinary than students! You’ve got this🫶🏽
