Emotionally? I’m tired lol. But here’s how I’m getting through it 💭

Some days hit harder than others, and that’s okay. I’ve been reminding myself that rest is productive, healing isn’t linear, and I don’t have to have it all figured out

Here are a few small things that are helping me feel a little more like myself lately:

✨Affirmations: I have been trying to get more into this especially when I am feeling chaotic

📔Journaling: Getting all those thoughts out your head can be so relieving

✅Lists: I am a list girly, planning my day out always makes me feel organized
