Yes weight loss is hard, it’s challenging but you wanna know what else is??… being bigger then your friends, your family.. feeling sick.. not recognizing yourself.. being uncomfortable everywhere.. constantly hot… CONSTANTLY exhausted :( so yes weight loss is hard but that was harder so I chose to have a different hard and now all of those things are changing to the complete opposite ❤️ pcos can make is so much harder to lose weight but no impossible just trust in the process and keep pushing & always remember to take before and afters so you can keep the motivation like this🫶🏼 45 pounds down and I still have more to go but we got THIS!
