I chose my hard..

Yes weight loss is hard, it’s challenging but you wanna know what else is??… being bigger then your friends, your family.. feeling sick.. not recognizing yourself.. being uncomfortable everywhere.. constantly hot… CONSTANTLY exhausted :( so yes weight loss is hard but that was harder so I chose to have a different hard and now all of those things are changing to the complete opposite ❤️ pcos can make is so much harder to lose weight but no impossible just trust in the process and keep pushing & always remember to take before and afters so you can keep the motivation like this🫶🏼 45 pounds down and I still have more to go but we got THIS!

However, by setting realistic goals and documenting progress through before and after photos, motivation can be greatly enhanced. There are numerous strategies tailored for individuals with PCOS. These may include incorporating regular physical activity, adopting a balanced diet rich in whole foods, and prioritizing hydration. Support from communities, both online and offline, can also provide encouragement and accountability. Additionally, hormonal balance can be supported through the right nutritional choices. Mental health is equally important; focusing on self-care and body positivity can aid in navigating the emotional aspects of weight loss. Ultimately, it's about making a lifestyle change rather than a short-term diet, allowing for sustainable progress and a healthier relationship with food and body image. Remember, every step counts in this journey towards a healthier you!
