Carrying anger, vengeance, and carpool in your heart is like holding a hot coal in your hand, hoping to throw it at others; but the one who is burned first is the one who holds it.
The Buddha taught that "carpool can be suppressed by no reservation." This is the dharma that is practical in all ages.
Many people understand that forgiveness is surrender.
But in fact...
Forgiveness is the detachment of our own mind.
As long as we are angry, we want to give it back, we want him to get the results we feel, our hearts are constantly bound to that event.
Despite the passing of years, suffering still hovers in the heart.
That's the creation of a new karma...Over and over again.
In Buddhism, karma is not just a physical act.
Thoughts and intentions are karma.
If we let anger happen every day,
The heart is burned with the fire of anger every day.
When anger is often born, it becomes a habit.
When it becomes a habit, it becomes a cause of karma in the future.
So the person who attacked us could do it once.
But if we rethink that every day,
We're hurting ourselves over and over again.
Forgiveness. Doesn't mean that...
We have to forget everything.
Or allow anyone to take advantage
But mean...
We choose not to carry anger in our hearts anymore.
We can also use self-defense wisdom.
Still spaced from toxic people.
But it is not necessary to keep hatred as a burden of life.
Another way Buddha taught is compassion.
Many people think merciful is just a chant.
But literally,
Mercy is the practice of changing the quality of the mind.
From anger.
To become a goodwill.
From feud.
To become calm.
When the mind changes
Life changed.
Compassion is not to please others.
But to keep our hearts
Every time we intentionally pray that
"Happy are all animals."
Our hearts will gradually soften.
The hardness will gradually melt.
The stress is gradually sparse.
And we'll feel more independent.
Some people ask,
"If he makes a mistake, must he forgive?"
The answer is
The law of karma already serves its function.
We don't have to be judges.
Those who do karma will receive the fruits of karma according to factors.

Is to take care of our hearts
Not to go downhill with anger.
Someone who can forgive.
Not the weak.
But a wise man
Because he knows that.
Life is too short to waste time.
Carrying suffering for life
Let's start easy today.
Close your eyes for a moment.
Take a deep breath.
Take a long breath.
And said in his heart that
"May I be happy."
"Let those whom I do not like be happy according to their cause."
"Let all animals escape from suffering."
Do this every day.
Even just a few minutes.
You'll find that.
Gently.
Sleep easier.
Less angry.
And smile more.
