How do you treat heel pain? 🤔

Last year, I got really into hiking, and I often went on long walks on the weekends. 🥾After a while, I noticed that my right heel was swollen and had a stabbing pain. 😰

In the morning, stepping on the ground felt like being poked with needles, and after walking for a long time, the pain became even more intense. 😭

Heel pain may have come for me. 😣

Then I started a long treatment journey. 🗓️

Now it doesn't hurt at all anymore, so I summarized some of my personal experience and wanted to share it with everyone. 🙌

The first thing is pain relief! ⚡

What I used myself was this Huayilang Patch. 👏At first, I was just trying it with a "let's see if it works" mindset. 🤔

I followed the instructions and applied one patch a day, right on the most painful spot on my heel. 📍

A few minutes after putting this patch on, I felt a steady kind of pressure support, like there was a hand holding up the painful area. 🛡️

When I walked, the burden on my heel felt much lighter, and that burning, stabbing pain was obviously relieved in about ten minutes. 😌

And that comfortable feeling could last for more than ten hours. ⏳My heel felt relaxed for the whole day, unlike before when it was so stiff and painful that I didn't dare step on it. 💪

I kept using it for about two weeks, and the stabbing pain when I got out of bed in the morning disappeared. 🗓️Pressing on the painful spot was also not as sensitive as before. 😊

Besides the patch, I also found a few supporting methods. 📝I've kept doing them until now, and the results have stayed very stable! ✅

Stretch the sole of the foot. 🦶

Before bed, use your hand to pull your toes toward your body, hold for 15 seconds, and do it 5 times. 🌙

After sticking with it for a week, the tight feeling in the bottom of my foot eased a lot. 😌

Hot compress. 🔥

At night, I would first apply a hot towel to my heel for 10 minutes, then put on the patch so the effects could absorb better. 🧣

Or you can soak your feet in hot water. The effect is the same! 🛁

It has been half a year since it got better, and my heel pain hasn't come back. 🥳Daily hiking and walking are completely unaffected. 🏃I'm so happy! ❤️

... Read moreHeel pain, especially conditions like plantar fasciitis, can be a real challenge for anyone who enjoys an active lifestyle such as hiking or walking long distances. From my experience, addressing heel pain effectively requires a combination of targeted pain relief and consistent foot care routines. The Huayilang Patch mentioned offers a unique form of support by applying steady pressure to the affected area, which seems to relieve the burning and stabbing sensations often present in plantar fasciitis. This non-invasive option can be very convenient for daily use, allowing users to stay mobile while managing pain. I've also found that combining such pain relief with regular stretching makes a significant difference. Simple sole and calf stretches before going to bed can reduce tightness in the plantar fascia and alleviate morning heel pain. Additionally, heat therapy is an underrated yet powerful complement. Using a hot compress or soaking feet in warm water before applying the patch enhances circulation and helps muscles and tendons relax. This practice not only improves patch absorption but also provides soothing comfort, reducing stiffness that can make morning steps painful. It's important to note that these approaches work best when applied consistently over weeks, as healing plantar fasciitis or similar heel pain conditions takes time. From my own recovery, persistence with these treatments stabilized my condition, preventing flare-ups and enabling me to continue hiking with confidence. For those struggling with heel pain, I recommend trying products like the Huayilang Patch alongside daily stretching and heat therapy. Listening to your body and gradually increasing activity levels can promote healing and help maintain foot health. Remember, heel pain can be manageable with the right care and patience, paving the way back to enjoyable, pain-free movement.
