28-Day Frozen Shoulder Recovery Record✊🏻
I Can Finally Turn Over at Night Without Pain!
On the morning of Day 28, I woke up because of my alarm, not because of shoulder pain. 🙏🏻
For the past few months, every time I turned over at night, it felt like someone was pulling on my shoulder, 😔and my sleep was broken into pieces.
This time, sleeping all the way through until morning made me truly feel like my frozen shoulder was finally leaving.🎉
During the day, I could intentionally use my left hand less, but once I fell asleep, I couldn’t control turning over.😞 I couldn’t lie on my left shoulder. If I lay flat for too long, my shoulder felt heavy, and sleeping on my right side felt awkward. ❌
After not sleeping well for so long, even my mood during the day became really bad.😫
A friend came over to visit me and brought a few Huayilang Patch. 💖
Starting that day, I began a 28-day record: I applied the patch before bed according to the instructions, avoided suddenly lifting my arm too high during the day, and wrote down every morning how many times I woke up at night.✅
There wasn’t much change during the first three days. My shoulder just didn’t feel as tight as before. 🌱By Day 7, the number of times I woke up at night dropped from four or five times to twice. 💫By Day 14, I could occasionally turn onto my left side without immediately waking up from pain.🤗
By Day 21, the stiffness in my shoulder in the morning was noticeably shorter.✊🏻 By Day 28, I slept all the way until my alarm went off. ⭐
At the same time, daily movements like getting dressed, holding a cup, and brushing my hair also became much smoother.⭕
When I looked back through my 28-day record, I realized recovery didn’t happen suddenly on one painless night.✅ It was about waking up fewer times each week and being able to lift my arm a little higher each day. 💕
Once my sleep improved, my energy and mood came back too.💗
During frozen shoulder recovery, you can observe your sleep, but don’t purposely lie on the painful side just to test it. ‼️What your body needs is stability and time.
Being able to sleep peacefully through the night is sometimes the most real sign of progress.✨
