After My Frozen Shoulder Stopped Hurting
After My Frozen Shoulder Stopped Hurting, the First Thing I Did Was Actually Get a Good Night’s Sleep!🙏🏻
After my frozen shoulder stopped hurting, I didn’t immediately go exercise, and I didn’t excitedly raise my arm to test it. 💫Instead, I turned off my alarm and slept solidly for the whole morning. ✅
For someone who had gone months without daring to sleep on my left shoulder, and who would wake up in pain every time I turned over at night, it had been way too long since I had slept through the night.😞
The inconvenience during the day was still bearable, but the pain at night was what really wore me down. 😷
No matter how I adjusted my pillow, it never felt right.⭕ I couldn’t sleep on my left side, and if I lay flat for too long, my shoulder would start feeling heavy again. 🍃
The next day at work, I had no energy, my arm still couldn’t lift very high, and even putting on a jacket meant slowly sliding the painful arm in first.‼️
One time, while I was video calling my older sister, she noticed how awkwardly I was raising my arm to grab something, so she mailed me a few Huayilang Patch. 💖
She didn’t make them sound magical. ✨She just told me to apply them according to the instructions and not always wait until the pain got really bad before doing something about it.✊🏻
The first thing that changed after applying it was that constant suspended feeling in my shoulder. 🤗
Originally, the top of my shoulder felt tight and heavy, like something was pulling it downward. 🤭Later, it slowly loosened up a little. 💕
That night, I turned over and touched my left shoulder for the first time without immediately being woken up by pain.🎉
During the first few days, the main change was in my sleep.[睡] After about a week, putting on clothes and brushing my hair started to feel easier. 😆
Around half a month later, I could raise my arm above my head, and when I needed to get a cup from a high shelf in the kitchen, I no longer had to ask my family for help.✨
What really made me feel sure that my shoulder had recovered pretty well was one morning when I woke up and realized I was lying on my left side. ✅
My body had forgotten the pain before my mind did. In that moment, I suddenly felt that every difficult night I had gotten through before was worth it.🙏🏻
Now I still do gentle shoulder movements, but I don’t forcefully stretch or swing it. 🥰
Shoulder recovery takes patience, and sleep is just as important. I hope everyone dealing with nighttime shoulder pain can get back to sleeping peacefully soon.🤗
