After 2 Years of Tennis Elbow Pain, I’m Finally Better! 🎉

I never really understood how tennis elbow could affect someone so much until I experienced it myself for two years. 😣

It wasn’t that I couldn’t move my arm at all, but every time I wanted to use my hand normally, it would get in the way.

Now that my elbow no longer hurts and I can lift and twist things without hesitation, I finally feel like those two difficult years are behind me.🥰

The most frustrating moment during those two years was when I was carrying a hot pot. The pot wasn’t even that heavy, but the moment I used my arm, I suddenly felt a sharp pain on the outside of my elbow, and I almost dropped it. 😷

After that, I started being afraid of many movements — twisting a towel, carrying bags, and even picking up a cup. I would always test the angle first.🙁

Later, I tried resting, wearing an elbow brace, and using pain relief creams. They felt better for a while, but the results never lasted. As soon as I started using my arm more, that painful spot would come back.😞

I really decided to deal with it seriously after seeing someone with the same tennis elbow share her recovery experience.✨ What she wrote — “pain on the outside of the elbow whenever I used force” — sounded exactly like me. She also said she bought Huayilang Patch on Amazon and gradually improved after using it.💫

I decided to buy it not because I was acting on impulse, but because the way she described her pain was so accurate.✊🏻

Hearing from someone who had gone through the same thing felt much more believable than a regular advertisement. I also bought two boxes on Amazon, thinking I shouldn’t keep putting it off and that I should first focus on the spot that hurt whenever I used strength.🙏🏻

Before applying it for the first time, I pressed around the outside of my elbow and found the area that felt the most sore and painful. 🍃The next day after using it, I didn’t immediately test it with heavy tasks. I just carried a cup of water. My arm was still a little sore, but I didn’t feel that sudden sharp pain like before, and I could hold the cup steadily.🤭

After finishing the first box, I could clearly feel that I wasn’t “protecting” my arm all the time anymore. ‼️I could use that hand to cook, twist towels, and carry lighter bags. The pulling pain on the outside of my elbow whenever I used force had improved a lot.😆

After finishing the second box, things became much more stable. Now I can lift things, twist things, and carry pots normally, and the pain hasn’t kept coming back every few days. 💖The best part now is that I don’t have to constantly think about my elbow when doing things. I can pick things up when I need to and twist things when I need to. Life feels much easier.🎉

... Read moreLiving with tennis elbow for an extended period can drastically affect your daily life, as I experienced firsthand. The constant pain on the outside of my elbow made even simple tasks like carrying a cup or twisting a towel feel daunting. What helped me most was discovering Huayilang Patch, a solution recommended by someone who had gone through the same struggle. Before using the patch, I had tried resting, wearing braces, and applying pain relief creams, but none provided lasting results. The breakthrough came after applying the Huayilang Patch consistently on the sore area, especially the spot on the outside of my elbow that was most painful. After just one box, I noticed a significant reduction in sharp pain and a regained confidence in using my arm more freely. By the end of the second box, I was able to engage in many activities comfortably—twisting pots, carrying bags, and cooking without fear of pain returning. A key part of the recovery was gradual testing of my arm's capabilities; starting with minor movements and slowly increasing the load as the pain decreased. This cautious approach prevented aggravation and helped the healing process. From my experience, it's important to listen to your body's signals and not rush back into heavy use before your elbow is ready. Complementing the patch with gentle stretching exercises recommended for tennis elbow can also enhance recovery. I also found that staying mindful about ergonomics during daily activities helped prevent flare-ups. If you’re dealing with tennis elbow, consider trying remedies like Huayilang Patch but also be patient and consistent. Hearing shared experiences from others can offer hope and guidance on the path to healing. Remember, recovery takes time, but with the right approach, you can regain normal arm function and get back to your everyday life without pain.

How I track my expenses with telegram 💸🫰🏻
I’ve tried plenty of finance apps before, but they always left me wanting more. No way to customise. Can’t see all my data at a glance. And everything is stuck inside one phone app that I eventually forget to open 😩 So I built my own — and now, I’m finally releasing TeleExpense Tracker V3.
