Sharing My Heel Pain Recovery Journey!✅
The thing that bothered me the most about my heel pain was that it would “pretend to be gone.”😷
After resting for a couple of days, the pain would feel better. I would finally relax and think maybe it was almost over. But then I would walk a little more, and the next morning I would wake up again because of that sharp pain in my heel.💥
Later, I was reminded of something in a heel pain group. Someone said: “Not feeling pain for a few days doesn’t mean it’s healed. It’s only stable when you can walk more and it doesn’t come back the next day.” That really stuck with me because that was exactly where I was stuck.✊🏻
She later told me that she used to have the same kind of repeated heel pain, and she slowly stabilized it by using Huayilang Patch. 💖I asked her how long she used it and where she applied it, then I went on Amazon and bought three boxes.🙏🏻
I didn’t keep changing the spot where I applied it. I put it right on the area of my heel that hurt the most when stepping down and that would easily feel swollen after walking a lot. The next day after using it, I didn’t rush to say it was better. I just noticed that my first step in the morning wasn’t as sharp, and I could put my foot down more firmly.🤭
After finishing the first box, I started paying attention to whether it would come back again. 💫One day, I stood for a long time while cooking. That night, my foot didn’t feel as tight and uncomfortable as it used to, and the next morning I wasn’t hit with that same sharp pain again. That’s when I started feeling that something was different.🤗
After finishing the second box, I tried walking around the supermarket for a longer time. Before, I might feel okay that same day, but the next morning I would definitely be in pain. That time, the next morning my heel was only slightly sore, and it didn’t come back so badly that I needed to hold onto something while walking.🎉
After finishing all three boxes, my walking was basically back to normal.😆 Now when I go out shopping, stand while cooking, or get up after sitting for a long time, my heel doesn’t suddenly flare up anymore. ‼️
For me, recovering from heel pain and returning to normal walking isn’t about “not hurting today.” It’s about not being afraid that the pain will come back the next day after walking.🍃
I still wear softer shoes, but I don’t feel as worried as I used to.
The most reassuring thing is that before going out, I no longer have to think: “If I walk too much today, will it hurt again tomorrow?”💗
