I Finally Got Rid of My Heel Pain!⭐
The biggest feeling I had when walking before was that my heel felt like it didn’t belong to me. 😷
It wasn’t that I couldn’t walk at all, but every single step came with pain. When my foot touched the ground and that painful spot was pressed, I would instinctively try to put less weight on it. After walking like that for a while, I would become really frustrated.😞
At first, I thought walking less would solve the problem. But later, I realized it wasn’t that simple. The first step in the morning hurt, walking more during the day hurt, and standing for a long time hurt too. 💫
Even buying groceries meant I had to think about how far I would walk. When waiting in line, I kept switching which foot I was standing on. After getting home and sitting down, I didn’t want to get back up again. The most frustrating part was that it kept coming back.💥 One day it would feel better, and the next day after walking a little more, it would return again. It felt like there was no way to avoid it.🙁
I found out about Huayilang Patch because my neighbor told me about it. She said she used to feel pain with every step too, and later bought this medicated patch on Amazon and got better after using it. She also told me not to rely only on soft shoes to support my feet.👍🏻
I was actually interested after hearing that. Later, I bought three boxes. Every night after washing my feet, I applied it to the area on my heel that hurt the most and where swelling usually appeared. 🙏🏻
It’s a medicated patch, not just a regular patch. I don’t know the science behind it, but while wearing it, that hard, pushing pain point really did slowly become less intense. I only needed one patch, and I could still walk normally the next day without making special trips to physical therapy.🎉
On the second day after starting the first box, I was still a little nervous when getting out of bed. My heel felt sore when it touched the ground, but I didn’t have that sudden stabbing pain like before. 🍃I was able to put weight on it. I was honestly a little surprised. At least I didn’t immediately pull my foot back the moment it touched the floor.💗
After finishing the first box, walking from my bed to the bathroom in the morning became much easier. I didn’t need to walk on my toes anymore.🤗 During the day, standing while cooking or brushing my teeth didn’t make my heel swell up as quickly either.
Toward the end of the second box, I felt more comfortable walking outside. Before, I would want to find somewhere to sit after walking for a short distance. 👌🏻During that time, I could come home after grocery shopping and still stand to put things away. My heel didn’t become so hard and swollen that I didn’t want to move.💕
After finishing the third box, I continued observing for a while. Now my walking has basically returned to normal. My first step in the morning doesn’t hurt, and walking or standing for a long time hasn’t caused it to come back.✅
