How Heinz Ketchup solved a dipping problem we all accepted 🤷‍♀️

Instead of asking “do people like ketchup?”

Heinz asked a better question:

what makes ketchup annoying to use?

Packets spill. Dips fall over. On-the-go eating gets messy.

So Heinz redesigned the fry box, adding a built-in ketchup compartment shaped like their iconic logo.

So simple. Just fixing a tiny problem we all accepted.
