Yoga has really helped me on my healing journey. I used to think yoga was hard. I soon came to find out that Yoga is not what I thought it was! It was a way for me to get to know myself and taught me you how to adapt to this crazy world without losing myself, and quieting the noise from the outside world! Yoga is my passion. It’s so much I can say about yoga! Just start where you can and honor your body and it will talk to you if you truly listen!
