I’m really sick of being everybody’s villain in their story so I’ll let you guys

Embracing self-compassion in these moments cultivates resilience against being labeled unfairly. In terms of practical steps, journaling your feelings helps process complex emotions and identify recurring patterns in others’ reactions. Seeking support from trusted friends or communities provides validation and broader perspectives that challenge the villainous narrative. Finally, remember that reclaiming your story is empowering. Instead of resisting how others label you, focus on being authentic and consistent in your actions. Over time, your true character will shine through and alter the stories others tell. You don’t have to carry the burden of being the villain—there’s strength in defining your own identity and choosing the role you want to play in life.
