Let's face it everybody hate feeling under the weather so here's some helpful tips to try and make you feel better

Let's talk entertainment most times when people are sick they tend to wake up in the middle of the map if you're feeling like you just can't stay in bed anymore try to do something relaxing watch movies read a book something soothing

If you're feeling a little congested try taking a hot shower the steam will help open up nasal passages and also break up any mucus take the time you need to just relax in the hot water

Speaking of skin make sure to keep your body more stressed sometimes when you are sick your body and your skin can seem dry even more dry than usual so keep the lotions or body oils and don't forget the chapstick using a natural lotion or body oil like sunflower oil or any other organic oil can do the job with rehydrating the skin

If you live in a climate that is very cold or dry maybe think about investing in a humidifier this will keep the air moist and help you breathe when you aren't feeling well

Everyone likes to look their best but if you just insist on using makeup try to use it with disposable things like cotton pads cotton balls and Q tips when applying these are disposable and don't hold germs normal makeup brushes will so instead of cleaning out your brushes every single time it's best just to use something that you can throw away and save your brushes for when you're feeling well

Are you having body aches and pains sometimes a heating pad or corn bag can help with it and the shivering if you have a heating blanket that's even better space heaters work to keep the area that you're in nice and warm and toasty warm blankets cozy sweaters will do the trick for keeping you warm ibuprofen or Tylenol can help if you are having body aches and remember if you have a fever ibuprofen is your friend it will lower the fever

This one may seem simple to keep your environment that you're in clean keep dust and germs and trash to a minimum doing this will cut down on what you breathe in and always always remember to have hands wash as much as possible use a stick hand cream if your hands there to get dry and cracked

And always keep all of your sick days ssentials next to you whether it's in a ziplock bag or a little basket something that you can easily just roll over and reach so you don't have to get up and walk to the medicine cabinet every time you need some motrin
