Chewy and rich! Simple Shrimp Mayo🦐✨
[How to make]
① Put the peeled shrimp in a bowl, shake 1 / 2 teaspoon salt + 1 teaspoon potato starch and gently rub 💪 → Rinse with water and wipe off the water with kitchen paper 🧻
In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of ketchup, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 🫶
③ Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper on the prepared shrimp and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of potato starch evenly
④ Put plenty of oil in a frying pan (about 1cm from the bottom) and heat over medium heat 🔥
⑤ Arrange the shrimp and fry them crispy for 1-2 minutes on each side 🍳 If you cook too much, it will be hard, so pull it up as soon as the color changes ⚠️
