One holistic approach I've found effective involves combining professional care with at-home strategies. Visiting an upper cervical chiropractor or a neurologist can help pinpoint underlying causes, while simple daily exercises can gradually build vestibular strength and improve equilibrium. For example, gentle stretches and balance exercises such as controlled head rotations or standing on one foot can retrain your brain to adapt to balance challenges. Importantly, patience and consistency are key. Many patients worry that dizziness will never improve, yet with the right guidance, small daily efforts can lead to significant progress.
