Add all the herbs in a 24-32 oz glass jar
Fill with 80 proof vodka or vegetable glycerin for alcohol selective or sober friends.
Wait 4-6 weeks, strain, store in amber glass bottle.
Dosing: 1–2 mL, 1–2 times daily (e.g., 1 mL in the morning and 1 mL in the evening).
