Last year, my mother-in-law faced a blood clot in her leg that landed her in the hospital. While her prescribed anticoagulants were essential for her immediate recovery, I wanted to support her long-term vascular health naturally. 🌿

💚

That’s when I crafted herbal tincture blend:

-Hawthorn Berry to nourish blood vessels + improve circulation.

-Bilberry Leaf to protect delicate capillaries + reduce inflammation + Microcirculation support in those tiny veins.

-Turmeric + Ginger to keep platelets balanced without over-thinning.

-Black Pepper to boost turmeric’s absorption.

Together, they’ve become her daily go to, to maintain healthy blood flow 💚

Anti-Coagulant Tincture

Hawthorn Berry 1.92 oz

Bilberry Leaf 1.44 oz

Turmeric 0.72 oz

Ginger 0.24 oz

Black Pepper 2-3 tsp whole

Remember to use a digital scale!

Add all the herbs in a 24-32 oz glass jar

Fill with 80 proof vodka or vegetable glycerin for alcohol selective or sober friends.

Wait 4-6 weeks, strain, store in amber glass bottle.

Dosing: 1–2 mL, 1–2 times daily (e.g., 1 mL in the morning and 1 mL in the evening).

- Start low: Begin with 1 mL once daily for the first week to assess tolerance.
