Hey fellow dessert lovers! As someone who's constantly on the hunt for delicious treats, I know the joy of finding a perfect CRUMBL DUPE that tastes just as good, if not better, than the original. My BISCOFF PIE RECIPE is a labor of love, especially since my husband is a huge fan of anything Lotus Biscoff. This recipe isn't just about recreating a popular Crumbl favorite; it's about bringing that unique Biscoff flavor right into your kitchen with ease. When making your own Lotus Biscoff dupe pie, there are a few tips I've picked up that can make all the difference. First, for the crust, ensure your Biscoff cookies are finely crushed. A food processor works wonders here! And don't skip the baking step for the crust – it helps set it beautifully and prevents it from getting soggy later. For the filling, make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature. This is crucial for a smooth, lump-free filling. Gently melting the Biscoff spread for the filling in short bursts in the microwave or a double boiler will give you that perfect, pourable consistency. Now, let's talk about the magic of the Biscoff Cream Cheese Filling. You'll notice I use a generous amount of cream cheese. This gives the pie its rich, tangy base that perfectly balances the sweetness of the Biscoff. The heavy cream in the filling adds an incredible lightness, so don't overmix it – stop as soon as it's combined to maintain that airy texture. If you're looking for an even more intense Biscoff flavor, you could swirl in an extra tablespoon of melted Biscoff spread right before pouring it into the crusts. For the whipped cream topping, mascarpone cheese is my secret weapon. It stabilizes the whipped cream beautifully, giving it a luxurious, slightly tangy flavor that pairs wonderfully with the Biscoff. If you can't find mascarpone, you can substitute it with an equal amount of cream cheese, but the mascarpone truly elevates it. Always chill your bowl and whisk attachments before whipping cream for the best results! This Crumbl pie dupe is incredibly versatile. While the recipe calls for 5-inch pies, you can easily adapt it to make one large 9-inch pie. Just press the crust mixture into a larger pie pan and adjust baking time slightly. You might also want to increase the filling and topping ingredients by about 50% for a fuller pie. For an extra touch, consider adding a thin layer of melted Biscoff spread to the bottom of the baked crust before adding the filling – it creates an extra layer of deliciousness and helps prevent the crust from getting too soft. Don't be afraid to get creative with the decoration! Besides the classic melted Biscoff drizzle and crushed cookies, a sprinkle of sea salt flakes can really enhance the flavor profile, or even a few chocolate curls if you're feeling fancy. This pie is perfect for gatherings, holidays, or just a special treat for yourself. It’s always a huge hit whenever I make it, proving that making a delicious, homemade dupe Lotus Biscoff dessert is totally achievable! Enjoy every single bite!
