I was craving something sweet, trying to do the eat healthy thing!
I measure what ever looks good to me, y’all can
add/subtract whatever you like. I bet some sort of dried fruit would be good too. I didn’t have any. Maybe some coconut flakes? I’ve heard some people add protein powder.
Peanut Butter (I used creamy)
Walnuts (chopped)
Kodiak Protein Oats
Honey (just enough to help bind it together)
Dark Chocolate Chips
Mix it all together in a bowl, add more honey if needed to bind. I put mine in the fridge, it helped the ingredients stick together, for about 10 minutes.
Used a small ice cream scoop, scooped it onto parchment paper, have them chillin in the fridge. I will transfer them to an air tight container and store them in the fridge. They are one bite size. ☺️

For example, adding dried fruits like cranberries or raisins can provide extra natural sweetness and chewiness, while coconut flakes add a nice texture and a tropical hint. I personally like to include a scoop of my favorite protein powder to boost the protein content, especially after workouts.
One pro tip I've learned is chilling the mixture in the fridge before scooping it out helps the balls hold their shape much better. Using a small ice cream scoop makes the process faster and keeps the portion sizes consistent, which is great for tracking nutritional intake. Additionally, storing them in an airtight container in the fridge keeps them fresh for up to a week—perfect for meal prepping or quick snacks on busy days.
If you're looking to mix things up, try swapping peanut butter for almond or cashew butter for different flavor profiles. Experimenting with nuts, like adding chopped almonds or pecans, can also enhance crunchiness and nutrition. These protein balls have become my go-to healthy treat that satisfies sweet cravings without the guilt and keeps me energized.
Looks delicious but I'm allergic to peanut butter 😭
