Adding fiber-rich vegetables like spinach, broccoli, and sweet potatoes to meals slows glucose absorption, preventing sudden insulin surges. Regular physical activity also enhances insulin sensitivity, making it easier for the body to manage blood sugar. I also noticed that frequent snacking led to consistently high insulin levels, which contributed to stubborn belly fat and occasional skin issues resembling insulin resistance symptoms.
