Once I consciously increased my daily water intake, I noticed a significant boost in my energy and mood. Besides hydration, I've found that not eating enough protein or essential nutrients such as iron can cause constant fatigue and weakness. In particular, iron deficiency can lead to dizziness and low energy that feels unexplainable. Incorporating iron-rich foods and taking supplements after consulting a doctor made a noticeable difference for me. Stress also plays a major role in fatigue. When our mind is overwhelmed, the body’s energy stores deplete more quickly. I noticed that practicing mindfulness and prioritizing sleep helped me manage stress better and reduced my feelings of exhaustion. Remember, your body communicates through symptoms, and paying attention to these signs allows you to take proactive steps toward better health.
