Meet Gaslighting people until the environment is depressed. Toxic 🤯 has heard the saying "Good hope to warn.".."But listen and feel like being cursed? 😅 This type of person likes to manipulate other people by misrepresenting the truth to make us start questioning our memory, our own understanding, such as ❌ saying that they never say, despite the evidence ❌, like to bomb and throw guilt on others. ❌ Compliments that sound strange, like being bitten by a peck, make us not confident in our own decisions. Gaslighter people want to control, want to avoid responsibility, want to maintain their image, make others look bad, unconfident, or weak. This is how they use to strengthen your sense of superiority or want to confuse you when you start not confident in yourself. You become more intuitive or more obedient in his eyes. 😣
❗️ the way to deal with these people is to hold on to the evidence. This group of people like to use simple words to deny the truth. Having evidence will make you doubt yourself. When they talk about biting or trying to misrepresent the truth, using open questions will confuse them. And most importantly, looking at them as a matter of not us. Their bad opinion is that their reflection is not a value in us. Do not explain yourself beyond necessity. Do not focus on "their opinion" because this group of people want to see you lose your symptoms or interact with anger. If it is inevitable to work together, limit communication to us. Least of all, don't forget that you don't have to beat these people by changing them, because these types often don't change themselves 😓.
