I spent the entire summer getting my a$$ in shape! I was sick and tired of being sick and tired! •I did strength training 3 days a week (& still do!)! I could have gone more days, but I didn’t wanna overwhelm myself. This is what worked for me! •I slowly weaned myself off unhealthy foods.
