This clip I will tell you how to use the prompt to teach AI to become a personal doctor to help everyone screen for initial symptoms, reduce anxiety, and help prepare important information to tell the doctor at the hospital. I have tested many diseases including dengue, acute appendicitis, liver abscess, diabetes, pseudotumor celebri - idiopathic hypertension, and Pronator Teres Syndrome (upper arm muscle depressing nerve). It turned out to be quite satisfactory.
I created a prompt or set of instructions for AI to work like when a doctor examines a patient. It is to diagnose and diagnose the disease separately from the patient's history. It separates the symptoms of the yes and no diseases (rule-out and rule-in), inquire more about the history when the doctor asks the patient, and instructs AI to always focus on the first danger alarm, so that the patient knows and rushes to check in time.
