If you ask your love interest where does he see you in 1-2 years and he comes back with a blank stare, gets defensive, changes the subject or gets scatter brained, he doesn’t have a vision for you. A man of intention and purpose walks knowing where he sees himself in 1-2 years and whether he sees you in that picture with them. Sadly women have allowed men to cast visions for their lives that are opposite of their heart’s desire. They ignore the vision that was cast before them, thinking if he sees how much I love him, or how good I take care of him, he’ll include me in his future vision. After this revelation came to me, the scripture support came right behind it. Proverbs 29:18 is the place where this comes from. People perish without a vision. Then came the Bible study. This vision means oracle, prophecy, or revelation. I asked God why this is the case that people would perish without a vision? I received this: because it's an act of faith. To walk towards a vision requires faith. Faith is more than an act to believe. Faith is necessary to rely on God and to be intimate with Him. So if vision requires faith and faith requires reliance on God, it's not possible to walk without a vision and thrive in the kingdom. People without vision wander aimlessly about. They’re driven by chance and the wind without a sure foundation or purpose for living. Without faith there is an absence of relationship with God. Without faith it’s not possible to have a vision. So no vision means no close relationship with God. Without God means life is ending, i.e. perishing. So if a believer doesn't have vision, they don't have faith, and without faith it's impossible to please God because you can't please God without being close enough to Him to be able to know His will and to follow Him.

In relationships, women might sometimes overlook their own desires by accepting visions cast by their partners that contradict their true hearts. It’s vital to discern whether the vision proposed genuinely resonates with your values and faith journey. Faith-based vision involves honest communication, prayer, and seeking God’s guidance together. Without faith and vision, individuals can feel lost, like drifting aimlessly without direction or purpose. Such wandering can be emotionally and spiritually draining. But with a vision anchored in faith, life gains a clear pathway, offering hope and resilience through challenges.
