It's less about being a gourmet chef and more about finding joy in the process and creating something nourishing for yourself and your loved ones. The trick is to start simple. Forget those fancy, intimidating recipes with a million ingredients. Begin with dishes that have just a few components and clear instructions. My absolute favorite go-to for proving I can cook is a simple sheet pan dinner.
