AFFORDABLE Teeth Whitener
I’ve been using two affordable, common household ingredients to whiten my teeth for years! ✨
Activated Charcoal + Hydrogen Peroxide (see instructions below)
I stopped being able to find activated charcoal in stores so I slacked on whitening them for a while. I drink a lot of iced coffee and it definitely shows! 🫣
In just two uses I can see a visible difference! I’m not so self conscious to smile in pictures now. I plan to keep using it twice a week until I achieve the desired brightness 😁 These pics were taken in the same room under the same lighting, in the span of 1 week.
Instructions-
-Empty two capsules of activated charcoal into a small bowl
-Add and mix hydrogen peroxide two drops at a time until a clumpy black paste is formed
-Apply the black paste onto the front of your teeth gently, avoiding gums as best you can. I use my toothbrush to apply but it does turn it gray. The paste is abrasive so do NOT brush your teeth with it.
-Leave the paste on your teeth for as long as you can stand it (I’m talking 10-20 minutes, I’ve never managed to make it longer so idk what will happen if you leave it on longer than that)
-Rinse mouth well
-Brush your teeth VERY well
-Floss
-Use mouthwash for at least 30 seconds
- Rinse again til you’ve rinsed it all out
I will post updated pics once there’s a more noticeable difference but I was floored at what 2 uses managed to accomplish! I debated on just waiting to post until then but I really want to share this easily accessible formula!
