Good morning, y’all! Today is going to be a beautiful day. How do I know?! I’m making that decision right now! 💪🏻

So much of your experience depends on your perspective and your mindset. You are more powerful than you realize and your brain is your biggest asset 🧠

So even though I had a pretty rough day yesterday (thanks to those of you who sent me encouragement), today is a fresh start with brand new opportunities to live and spread love! 🌞

I will use my mantra, my de-centering techniques, and prayer to ensure I don’t stray from my intended path today, no matter what gets thrown my way 🙌🏻
