If you haven’t already, it’s time to take your morning dose of medicine. Start the day off right by performing the most basic act of self care, take your meds. Whether you take them to manage mental health issues, a physical ailment, or a combination- taking your meds ensures that your body has what it needs. 🫶🏼
Don’t feel like your meds are totally necessary? Don’t like the way they make you feel? Please, PLEASE speak to your doctor or a member of your care team about what can be done. They may need to try an alternative or possibly transition you off the medication entirely. Please do not attempt to stop taking your medicine by yourself, it’s important to have medical supervision!!
