Anxiety and worry are struggles so many people carry silently every single day. We overthink, fear the future, replay situations in our minds, and try to carry burdens that God never intended us to carry alone. 🤍

The Bible reminds us that peace is not found in having control over everything — peace is found in trusting the One who is already in control.
