Unintended circumstances of changing your diet

What I love most about working with my functional health coaching clients is being a “root cause detective”.

My clients typically come to me because they want more answers - they don’t understand how all their labs “are normal” but they still feel like 💩.

So, we run functional labs. We look at their microbiome through stool samples. We peek into their stress responses through a stress and hormone panel. We get laser focused insight into the specific foods that are driving their inflammation through a blood draw that reveals 176 different foods and chemicals - I call this my “wanna know what foods are your kryptonite and which are your superpowers” test.

Not gonna lie, taking on a health reset plan is an investment. It Takes time. It takes wanting a better relationship with and in your body. But when you really follow my plan for you - which is 100% created individually for you (based on your test results) - the outcome can be 🤯
