How to do a dip powder fill. First I’ll file off the top coat and then I will buff the base of my nail so that I make sure the grow out it is even with my nail plate. Next I’ll gently push back my cuticles. Now I can gently buff my natural nail so it’s prepped for the product to adhere correctly.
