Attraction is not a sign that this person is safe for your heart. Sometimes attraction is simply your nervous system responding to what it knows — intensity, unpredictability, emotional highs and lows.

You call it chemistry, but it’s really adrenaline. You call it butterflies, but it’s really anxiety dressed up as excitement.

Alignment means peace.

Alignment means clarity.

Alignment means consistency.

But unhealed wounds trick you into chasing the spark instead of the stability. The familiar instead of the healthy.

Healing breaks the pattern.
