Keto Avocado Bread
Ingredients
• 1 cup almond flour
• 3 large eggs
• 1/4 cup avocado oil
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 ripe avocado, mashed
• Optional toppings: sesame seeds, everything bagel seasoning.
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350° F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix together almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. Whisk eggs and avocado oil ; combine with dry ingredients.
4. Fold in mashed avocado.
5. Pour in the lined loaf pan and smothe out top. Add toppings if desired.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
7. Cool before slicing
