One key approach I follow is staying well-hydrated, especially during menstruation when skin tends to act up. Drinking plenty of water helps flush toxins and reduce inflammation, which contributes to clearer skin. I also used to exfoliate every day, hoping it would prevent breakouts, but it only aggravated my skin further. After adjusting to exfoliate once a week, my skin became much calmer and more balanced. It’s important to listen to your skin’s needs rather than sticking rigidly to trends. Another effective method I recommend is consulting a dermatologist if you have persistent pimples. A doctor-prescribed benzoyl peroxide treatment was a game changer for me. It helped reduce acne-causing bacteria and sped up healing without over-drying my face. Finally, embracing a confident and natural look rather than chasing perfection boosted my overall skin health and self-esteem. Remember, you don’t need to beg for attention—you’re already glowing by taking care of yourself the right way. Consistency and gentle care go a long way in achieving that radiant complexion everyone envies.

I’ve always loved skincare, and these are some of my favorite tips that improved my skin the most! -First, diet. I personally get cystic acne from drinking dairy milk, so I cut it out completely and my cystic acne went away. Drinking plenty of water also helps keep my face hydrated and glowing!
