nature and me🍀🍃❤️

4/22 Edited to

... Read moreSpending time in nature has a profound effect on mental wellbeing, helping me to reset and approach challenges with a more positive mindset. I’ve personally found that when negativity creeps into my thoughts—what I call "Error 4Q4: negativity"—turning to nature helps me regain clarity and calm. Whether it’s taking a quiet walk among trees, listening to the rustle of leaves, or simply sitting outside with a view of greenery, these moments serve as a natural reset button. One powerful strategy I use involves mindful observation—focusing fully on the environment around me, like feeling the breeze or watching the subtle movements of plants. This practice has helped me shift my brain’s focus from negative spirals to appreciation and presence. It’s like upgrading an internal software with more positive code, similar to the concept of an "upgraded mindset." Integrating nature into daily life doesn’t require a trip to the wilderness. Even small acts such as caring for houseplants, stepping onto a balcony, or gardening can foster a stronger connection to the natural world and subsequently boost mental health. In fact, these activities encourage gratitude and reduce stress by grounding thoughts in the present. Ultimately, embracing nature isn’t just about physical health, but also about nurturing a mindset that resists negativity and promotes growth. I encourage anyone feeling stuck in negative thought patterns to explore nature’s calming influence—it truly serves as a powerful tool for mental renewal and emotional balance.

8km Walk into Nature 🌿🌴
Usually I have been jogging past the north-east park without stopping to slowly admire the surrounding nature and greenery. Had done the 8km walk into the nature for near to a 2 hours duration. Passing by an area whereby I jog past it every time, it will remind me of the Arashiyama Bamboo forest
