2 cups cooked rice
Small frozen bag of peas and carrots
2-4 Chicken breasts (more if you like it meaty 😉)
1 Zucchini
1 Yellow Squash
Cook your rice first. Once the rice is cooked add in an egg and your peas and carrots. Chop up your chicken into bite sized pieces and toss into a pan on medium.
