I love a good healthy brunch and this one consists of 2 eggs made in my mini dash waffle maker, with cheese, romaine lettuce, a slice of tomato, and everything but the bagel seasoning and a little hot sauce, because I like a little spice. — It was so good that I wanted another one but refrained. 😅 After I took this picture I added my bacon to the sandwich as well. A great way to get your protein in for the day or if you’re tired of eggs this is a good way to mix things up a little. 👀 Because we all know on Keto eggs can become a little boring and repetitive sometimes! 🤪
